I'm finally going to have two cameras, a first for me in my life. One full frame, and one micro four thirds. I decided with this setup, one for fun, and one for learning and pracitcing film making.

The S9 is a fun camera that is lacking physical robustness and seriousness but packed with features making it some sort of a weird fun camera that doesn't hurt to bring with me everywhere.

And the GH7 is a feature rich camera that can do almost everything, in a small package, with only one caveat, no super shallow depth of field. which in my years of using the GH6, I realised isn't much of an issue. Sometimes the deeper DOF creates a more immersive image!

So one camera for fun, and one for serious fun. Perfect. I'm excited.
