To start out, the sanding system [ Ссылка ] is the best way to start out. It's basically a starter kit that comes with:

-the sander of your choice (I chose 3" x 4" Electric Ray Vacuum Compatible).
-a variety pack of foam pads (the 5mm, 10mm and 1/2" pads in a variety of grits)
-Film Sheets (in a variety of grits)
-a Pad Saver
-and an Interface Pad.

Extras:

-I also bought some extra 1/2" foam pads and more film sheets in the grits that I use the most often.

-I use 220 grit film sheets the most. And then 150 and 100 grit as well. [ Ссылка ]

-And I use medium+, fine and very fine grit 1/2" foam pads a lot. [ Ссылка ]

-I've heard amazing things about their screen sheets too (they cut through to raw wood faster!) [ Ссылка ]
