- pork
- kimchi liquid
- soy sauce
- minced garlic
- Korean salted shrimp
- Korean red pepper powder

1. Slicing
- onion
- green onions
- kimchi (not too small)
- pork (not too small)
- tofu
2. Cooking
- put cooking oil in the pot
- cook the pork and kimchi until they start to little bit brown
- add water and kimchi liquid
- add 2 spoonfuls of soy sauce, 1 spoonful of minced garlic, 1 spoonful of Korean salted shrimp
- the water evaporates over time due to heat, so add water if needed
- add Korean red pepper powder
- put the sliced onions, green onions, and tofu
- add 1 spoonful of vinegar to enhance the tanginess of Kimchi
3. Further tips
- Simmer for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
- More simmering the better!
- If it’s little bland when you taste, add salt or soy sauce
