As part of their call to serve God and His Church, church leaders encounter difficult situations, challenging decisions, and difficult people. Even though they may be equipped and prepared to lead in the Church, they need help to deal with and respond to the challenges.
But how do we help them? How do we provide encouragement and guidance? How do we ensure that our church leaders are supported in their work and empowered to continue to lead faithfully?
