20000 stars giving life to the thousands of empires with very different roles, most of them will never grow strong enough to even be noticed. Some of the lucky ones will take the chances to become a real power in their part of Galaxy, unfortunately, most likely they will be torn apart from inside by opposing factions. Nevertheless, they all are makers of history, and even the smallest state has its part. But there is also will be another type, those who are not satisfied to be just a part, instead of playing by rules they changing the entire course of history. It's probably would be better for everyone in this Galaxy if such powers never exist because the darkest times, as well as the brightest, always come along with them.
