A1. Hanging - 10s active, 10s passive x 2-3 reps
A2. Butchers Block Rocks - 10 reps
Sets: 2
B1. Prone Shoulder Flexion Lifts - 5 reps (5s pause)
B2. Tuck Dumbbell Pull Over - 10-12 reps (3s pause)
or
B2. Elevated Downward Dog Press - 10-12 reps (3s pause)
Sets: 3-4
