Perfect for eggs
Perfect size for cooking one or two eggs or other small meals. I have the 10 inch and 12 inch lodge pans and just wanted something for my wife and I to have for a quick and easy eggs. The nonstick coating looked good but I always do a light covering with grapeseed oil and then place in oven for about 40 minutes for more seasoning. Cooked an over easy egg and the first time was perfectly cooked and non-stick. I do have one gripe and this has nothing to do with the pan but based on the shipping from Amazon this came in pretty much just a paper bag not even really padded like some of their bubble wraps so it could’ve easily been very damaged but I got lucky.
