Today, we're making a variation of fruit salad that will take your taste buds for a ride. Sweet, sour and spicy components combine to take it to the next level. Also, I'll briefly touch how to look out for ripe fruit to use!

~ RECIPE ~
SWEET, SOUR, & SPICY FRUIT SALAD
- 1 cup Blackberries
- 1 ripe Mango
- 1 apple of your choice
- 3 Thai bananas (or 1-2 regular bananas)
Dressing:
- 1/2 juice of lime
- 1 TSP lime zest
- 1 TSP ground arbol chiles (or cayenne)
- 1/2 tsp salt
1. Cut all the fruit to roughly the same size based on the smallest piece of fruit
2. Prepare the dressing by muddling the lime juice, zest, ground chili, and salt in a small bowl.
3. Toss over the fruit and roughly mix.
4. Serve and Enjoy!
