Here I give attention to the biblical rationale for Wesleyan/Arminians to care about social justice and racial reconciliation. The filling of the Holy Spirit makes racial reconciliation possible. I examine parallels between the Tower of Babel (Genesis 11) and the Day of Pentecost (Acts 2).
