Gymshark, once again, has a new release! This time it is the new Flex Cycling Shorts. The Flex shorts are the same fabric, material, and design as the original Flex leggings. They have kept the same design but slightly modified the logo.
The Flex shorts are compressive and comfortable. However, I feel as though only a certain group of people can pull off the look. Being 5'3" they make my frame even shorter and my legs chunkier. A shorter version of flex cycle shorts might have been better for me. The band is tight and does not gape at the back, which is excellent. Other leggings from different collections have the back gape. Nonetheless, because the band is compressive, the unavoidable lower stomach bulge happens. If the whole stomach area was compressive and not just the band, perhaps it would suck in the stomach better.
The sports bra is exactly the same, minus the change in logo. I believe it is a medium compressive. They're cute and get the job done. I do love a matching set!
