My wife's appetite for Deadmines finally sated, we move on to the next area, that being Redridge Mountains, and do some peaceful questing there. We also finally get to use Cleave, which is awesome... when it works!

| Gaming on a Treadmill

If you have noticed my image shaking or some slight audio artifacts, that's because I'm gaming on a Treadmill Desk. In fact, I work on it, too. I don't sit in front of my PC, I walk, standing upright.

People have actually started to question whether sitting is healthy for a long time now. Wikipedia lists Bernardino Ramazzini as the first significant historical person, who in 1700 has documented sitting as a cause of diseases in his book, titled "De Morbis Artificum Diatriba (Diseases of Workers)".

Currently, a multitude of scientific evidence points to the fact that sitting is literally murdering humankind. Sitting for prolonged periods of time negatively affects both our bodies and our minds, making you more prone to depression, achieve less and just enjoy life less.

As a side benefit, you get extra exercise every day with no additional effort :)
