Chinese sweet pork
2lbs. pork butt cut into cubes
1.5 Tbls each - brown sugar, honey, hoisin sauce and soy sauce
1Tbls mirin or Chinese Rose Wine
1/2 tspn Chinese 5 spice
2 dashes white pepper
4 garlic cloves
2 slices of ginger
Mix in a freezer bag and marinate in fridge 8-10 hours
Grilling the meat is best but you can bake or broil.
Cook on each side for 5mins. or till fully cooked (depends on size of meat)
