Easy zucchini fritters, ready in just few minutes!
ingredients:
3 small/2 medium zucchini
1 free range egg
1 tablespoon white flour
1 clove of garlic
green onion
salt and pepper
dill/fennel and parsley (optional)
fry both sides for 4-5 minutes
