Today we're giving you exclusive behind-the-scenes insights: As we continue to drive digitalisation in airport advertising, we are constantly expanding our product portfolio. Recently, we tested a state-of-the-art projector from Seiko Epson Corporation on a 3x1.7m Screen Noir from AV Stumpfl.
"We became aware of this new projection solution at the International Digital Signage trade fair (ISE) in Barcelona. The idea behind it: The image is not projected onto a white surface, as is usually the case, but onto a black screen. This results in an excellent black level, the projection is reproduced evenly, realistically and with a high contrast. Another positive feature is that ambient light does not distort the results. So far, we at Media Frankfurt GmbH do not have any projectors in our portfolio, but it would be a flexible and forward-looking Digital Signage addition," explains Stefan, who organised the test run and put it into practice in collaboration with BEN HUR GmbH.
