This bread is just amazing. It has almost just one ingredient and is one super easy to make.
All you need is buckwheat and water!
Unbelievable, right?
This recipe makes two small breads:
500 gr of whole buckwheat
1,5 dl of water
1 tsp of salt - if you want.
Presoak your buckwheats for about 8 hours. Rinse them before mixing with the water and salt. Pour the dough into your bread pan and bake for 1 hour at 175 degrees.
