To book an ECV Minnie Van: You will want to call Disney’s Minnie Van service at (407) 828-3500 and follow the prompts to speak with a Cast Member that will assist guests with a wheelchair or ECV accessible vehicle. It is important to note that you will want to call at least 45-60 minutes in advance of when you would like to be picked up from a location within Disney property. A Cast Member will confirm the exact pickup location at the time of booking. Minnie Van service is available from 6:30 AM to 12:30 AM daily. Hours of operation are always subject to change. I would suggest double checking with the Cast Member who drops you off if you have any questions.
