▶ Ingredients
* 370 g of failed cake
* 100 g melted butter
* 250 g cream cheese
* 15 g powdered sugar
* 1 tsp vanilla extract
* 80 ml cold heavy cream
* berry jam
* berries, to serve

▶Steps
Mix cake crumbs with melted butter. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract and heavy cream until you get nice creamy cheesecake filling. Press into mini cheesecake molds and top with cheesecake filling.
Leave in the fridge for 2 hours. Top with berry jam and fresh berries, and serve.
