We're in lockdown! Due to restrictions on meeting up with friends and travelling, my band hasn't been able to rehearse for months. So we started looking into other options, including those online. We tried JamKazam, but because Jamulus lets you host your own private server, we gave that a try with the full band.
This video is a quick walk-through of how to set up Jamulus, in this case using it with a Line 6 HX Stomp for guitar amp simulation, and we also deep-dive into setting up the server, port forwarding, and how to reduce latency as much as possible.
Thanks to the rest of the band for recording some video for this!
