INGREDIENTS :
Marinate: 300 grams code or any white fish fillet
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground whit pepper
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp rice wine or cooking wine

4 cloves garlic, chopped
1 thumb ginger, sliced thinly
1 onion, sliced
6 pcs. dried shiitake mushroom, soaked and sliced
2 tbsp black bean paste
1 cup water
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 red chilli, sliced
1 stalk spring onion, 1 inch sliced
1 tbsp cooking oil.
