This super easy recipe gives you all taste of your favourite takeaway but none of the fat, by simple switching out the high fat ingredients for fat free yoghurt, you can have this classic treat with none of the guilt but still all of the taste.
Use the chicken tikka for a quick taste kebab or salad if you don't fancy a curry.
For the chicken tikka:
500g chicken breast or thighs
5x table spoons of fat free yoghurt
1x teaspoon of grated ginger
2x cloves of garlic chopped
1x teaspoon of chilli powder
1x ground cumin
1x ground coriander
1x salt
1x fenugreek
2x teaspoons of lemon juice
For the masala sauce:
1x large onion
1x red chilli
1x teaspoon of grated ginger
2x cloves of garlic chopped
1x teaspoon tomatoe paste
1/2x chilli powder
1x teaspoon of turmeric
1x teaspoon of ground cumin
1x teaspoon of ground coriander
1x teaspoon garam masala
100ml chicken stock
1x tin of chopped tomatoes
3x table spoons of fat free yoghurt
