One on One is an American sitcom that aired on UPN from 2001 to 2006. The show centers around sportscaster Flex Alexander, who becomes a single dad when his ex-wife suddenly drops off their teenage daughter Breanna (Kyla Pratt) to live with him.

Despite their very different personalities and lifestyles, Flex and Breanna learn to adjust to each other and slowly build a father-daughter relationship. As Breanna navigates high school, Flex balances raising a teenager, romances, and his career.
