Today we are talking smoked queso!! This is a dish that you can definitely add your own spin on!! This is how you like to do it, and I never have leftovers…
Cook Temp: 350°
Cook Time: 45 minutes
1 lb Italian Sausage
1 lb chorizo links
2 lb velveeta (cubbed)
1 lb Munster (cubbed)
2 cans rotel
1 can cream of celery
1 slab of smoked cream cheese
Start by cooking your Italian sausage and chorizo, once that is cooked set it aside.
Now it’s time to build the queso. Add all the ingredients into a pan (half pan works or cast iron). Cook at 350° stirring about every 10 minutes for about 45 minutes ,or until your queso is all melty and creamy.
Pull it off and have a bag of chips handy for quality control!!
This dish won’t last long, but if you need to keep it warm toss it into a crock pot on low.
