Spicy Fish Curry. #Nellore #special #chaapala #pulusu 🤩
Recipe:
1. Soak tamarind in warm water. squeeze juice, strain, and keep it aside.
2. Add fish pieces(Tilapia or any fish) to a big vessel.
3. Add the dry spices (turmeric, cumin 1tsp and coriander 3tsp powder, chilli powder 3tsp and salt)
4. Add veggies to the mixture, onions, tomatoes, brinjal, chillies.
5. Pour tamarind juice. And tempering ( in an oil fry onions, garlic, curry leaves, 10 fenugreek seeds ) to the curry and boil.
6. Boil it until fish cook, add raw mangos and cilantro.
7. Let it cook for few mins and stop the flame at desire consistency.
8. Enjoy with rice. It goes well with Indian breakfast idly, dosa and vadas 😄
