The results from WMP's Randomised Controlled Trial in Yogyakarta represent a significant step forward towards the ambition to protect the global population from dengue, Zika, chikungunya and other vector-borne diseases. The publication of the paper in the New England Journal of Medicine speaks to the significance of the results and is a testament to the value of innovation and international collaboration.
The trial was conducted in collaboration with Gadjah Mada University, Monash University, University of California--Berkeley and with support from the Tahija Foundation in Indonesia.
