🔰 INGREDIENTS :
►Keto Waffle Ingredients:
2 TBSP APC (All Purpose Cream)
1 TBSP Almond Flour or you can use 1 TBSP Coconut Flour
1 Med Egg
1 Packet of Stevia (or your choice of sweetener)
1/4 tsp Baking Powder
Macros per Keto Waffle (using Almond Flour) :
Net Carbs = 1.8 g ; Protein = 4.5 g ; Fats = 5.1
Macros per Keto Waffle (using Coconut Flour) :
Net Carbs = 2.7 g ; Protein = 4.3 g ; Fats = 4.6.2 9
►EASY TO MAKE CHEESY HAM PUTO
Ingredients:
2 1/2 TBSP Coconut Flour
2 Eggs (Medium size)
1 tsp Anchor Butter
1 pinch Salt
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Cream cheese
4 TBSP Almond Milk
2 sticks Stevia ( I only use 1.5 stick)
Toppings:
1 tsp quick melt cheese
1 ham (unsweetened)
Half slice of anchor square cheese
► COCONUT FLOUR PANCAKE RECIPE:
2 TBSP Cream Cheese, softened at room temperature
2 TBS All purpose cream
2 TBS coconut flour
half teaspoon baking powder
1 tsp sweetener
1 egg
Dash cinammon
pinch of salt
**Add all ingredients in a bowl or use a blender and blend until combined. Pour onto a pre-heated and greased non stick pan. Cook on each side for a minute or 2 or until brown.

Calories: 192 | Fat: 15.2 g | Total Carbs: 5.4 g | Net Carbs: 2.9 g | Protein: 6.3 g
