Here are some stretched to do as a full body, full length dynamic warm up before a fight or workout. These are the exact stretches I do every time I train for a fight, or fas a pre-fight warmup. People often mistake how to stretch before a fight or workout, doing static (holding) stretches, but they are supposed to be done AFTER the body is already warm! Make sure you know how to properly warm up and stretch before exercising.
