It's been a little while since I've done a milk clarified cocktail (or milk punch) so here's one to check out. I find this approach works really well with rum and fruit juice cocktails so the Mai Tai seemed like a great candidate. The recipe I followed for this version is:
2 parts Smith and Cross rum
2 parts Pineapple rum
1 part lime juice
1 part pineapple juice
1 part orange juice
1 part orange liqueur
1/2 part falernum
1/2 part allspice dram
several dashes of absinthe
several drops of saline
