Trouble is brewing if you bought into past new launches and paid above $2000 psf because this new launch is cheaper than those in the market and is FREEHOLD.
IMPORTANT TO NOTE:
1. That the developers are not bound by time to sell. They are not bound by QC rules as this is old land, which means chances of a discount later on would also be rather low.
2. these are pre-covid prices and perhaps your only opportunity now to own a freehold new launch under $2000psf
3. there is no more free land here to build, this will be the newest freehold condo you have BUT also the smallest.
