Ingredients
½ Cup Aashirvaad Multi Millet Flour
½ Cup Aashirvaad Whole Wheat Flour
¼ Cup Rice Flour
2 Green Chillies, Finely Chopped
¼ Cups Corn, Coarsely Blended
1 Tsp Aashirvaad Red Chilli Powder
2 Tbsp Coriander, Chopped
Water As Required
Oil As Required
Aashirvaad Salt As Required
Method
1. Add multi millet flour, rice flour, whole wheat flour, green chillies, red chilli powder and mix well.
2. Add ¼ cup water and mix till no lumps remain.
3. Add coriander leaves, crushed corn and mix well.
4. Add more water if required and mix. The batter should be pouring consistency.
5. Heat a non-stick pan add few drops of oil.
6. Pour spoonful’s of the batter on the pan and make small dosas.
7. Cook it well both sides.
8. Serve hot.
