Let us take you virtually to a seafood auction in the village of Cangas do Morrazo, Galicia, Spain. The fishermen work together under then Cofradía de Pescadores San Xose de Cangas to auction off their catch just about every day. Right off the small colourful fishing boats into the Lonxa (Auction House) store on ice to keep it as fresh as possible until the afternoon auction. We will show the auction of the Centollo (Spider Crab) a delicacy in this area, and during the end of fall and winter months it is the best time of year, you will see how big they get!
