PCR cloning is a fast cloning method that allows for higher throughput than traditional cloning methods and can be used for cloning DNA fragments that are not available in large amounts.
This video will review the basics of PCR cloning, including
- How cloning by PCR works
- Ways to clone by PCR
- Pros and cons of PCR cloning
