How to Make Whipped Cream - Crème Chantilly - Chantilly Cream-Recipe
This is a short video on how to make the perfect Whipped Cream, also called Chantilly Cream or Crème Chantilly in french.
Keep in mind that if you over beat the cream, it will turn into butter.
Ingredients;
150 gr Heavy cream
1/2 vanilla bean or 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
10 gr confectioner sugar.
