assumes you always have corpses around from Unearth, seems to be fairly accurate DPS estimate when comparing my Uber Mavens to other builds. No conc ground from purifying flame ticked. can't really calc delve DPS since the mobs (and their corpses) scale with depth anyway
war cry speed on boots is nice for infernal cry (swapping it in helps with harby/beyond nodes)
