► Assess for superior labral anterior-posterior (SLAP) lesions
-- PATIENT POSITION –
Supine
-- TECHNIQUE --
► Begin by elevating the patient's arm to 160° of scaption
► Apply an axial force into the glenohumeral joint
► While maintaining the axial force, alternate between rotating the humerus internally and externally
-- POSITIVE TEST --
Reproduction of symptoms with or without "clicking"
