Forget the usual bread, this recipe is a must-try! INGREDIENTS
1 potato
50ml (0.2 cup) milk
7g dry yeast
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp butter
1 egg
250g / 2 cups flour (all purpose)
Parsley
Cheese
METHOD
Put boiled potatoes in a bowl, pour over the milk, mash. Add all ingredients and knead the dough. Let rise for 2 hours.
Grease the form with butter. Put the dough into a mold. Make grooves in the dough and put slices of cheese in them. Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C / 350°F.
