Jeff recently sat down with Maya and Aladino Rovegno of @SailingMagicCarpet , a fun and adventuresome YouTube duo who are pretty much refitting a sailboat from scratch. Their dream is to "sail around the world as slowly as possible". Magic Carpet II is a Cape George 36, built in Port Townsend, Washington in 1982. Her hull and ballast were built by Cape George Marine Works, and the rest was finished by the original owner.
Over the next few months, they will be chatting with Jeff about all of the different components for their boat including batteries, lithium, alternators, solar, and DC to DC converters. Follow their adventure at [ Ссылка ]
In today's segment, Jeff is chatting with Maya and Aladino about induction cooktops for boats. Bon appétit!
