When you deliver the onions to Eli, the pig will go through the final phase of its training.

With the pig now fully developed, Eli was ask you to parade it around major cities. Head to the markets or central areas of: Lumbridge, Varrock, Falador, Ardougne. Just approach each city from its loadstone. Once you've gone through the scenes at each location, report to Eli to complete the quest.
