Case 75 : FINDINGS & DIAGNOSIS:
This Transesophageal Echocardiogram is showing a Type A aortic Dissection. There is a dilation at the level of the sino-tubular junction causing functional Aortic insufficiency with central jet. Also note the thickening of Aortic valve.
