Join me in this multi-level Pilates Tower flow. You can complete this workout either on a Pilates springboard, Cadillac or Tower unit. As always, pay attention to your body and modify where necessary to avoid injury. This flow will touch every area of the body and we will be sure to work in every plane of movement. I love the Pilates Tower, so let's go!
