Cold smoking in your Kamado Joe using a pellet tube is one of our favorite discoveries. Today I share my top 4 cold smoking recipes using a 6" pellet tube smoker inside of my Kamado Joe Big Joe.

The ingredients used for todays video include:
- Cold smoked water, makes awesome ice cubes to enhance your drink of choice
- Cold smoked bourbon. Pour mans scotch, add some incredible character to budget bourbon and whiskeys
- Cold smoked cheddar cheese
- Cold smoked nuts. Spicy smoked almonds
