Ingredients-
Flour(maida)- 1 Cup
Sugar powder- 1/2 cup
Chopped peaches- 4
Refined oil/melted butter- 4 spoon
Baking powder- 1spoon
Baking soda- 1/4 spoon
Milk- 1 Cup
Vanilla essence- 1/2 spoon
Yellow food colour- 1 pinch (optional)
Process for cake :-
In a bowl add 1 cup flour, 1spoon baking powder, 1/4 spoon baking soda , 1/2 cup powdered sugar strain all dry ingredients, in another bowl shift dry ingredients and add milk little by little to make smooth paste now add vanilla essence, and now in cake tin apply butter and dust some flour now shift batter into cake tin and bake cake on 180c in oven or in cooker for 40min on medium heat. And check cake with tooth pick if its clean means cake is ready.
Process for Cherry sauce:-
In a pan add 1/2 cup sugar, 250gm cherry, and on medium heat cook both untill cherry gets softened and sugar disolve completely and let cheery sauce cool before apply on cake.
