Who doesn't love a pretty cocktail? This quick and easy ice cube hack is the perfect way to add a touch of spring to your favourite cocktail recipe.
All you need are edible flowers and a jug of water (for clearer ice used filtered water which has been boiled and then cooled) and an ice cube tray.

These floral ice cubes are perfect for entertaining (why not pop them in a ginny punch?) or just a great way to spice up your own G&T with a pretty flower garnish - as the ice slowly melts, it reveals the pretty flower inside.

You can also try this technique with pieces of chopped fruit, citrus peel or herbs.
