With the announcement of rail strikes next week, Piers Morgan invites General Secretary of rail union RMT Mick Lynch onto the show to have him explain why he believes it is an appropriate time considering the UK's current economic climate. Mick says rail workers should be getting paid more but Piers believes many already earn a lot for "just driving a train" and that if anyone deserves a pay rise it should be NHS staff and police workers. Piers also goes on to say that the country shouldn't be held to ransom for these pay rises when there are people who earn a lot less who rely on rail and underground services to get to their jobs. Finally, Piers brings up Mick's Facebook profile picture which is 'The Hood' from Thunderbirds and jokingly asks why a union representative would have such an evil character from a show as their profile picture.
