* 1/4 cup olive oil
* 1/2 tsp salt
* 2 tbsp mustard
* 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
* 1 tsp cayenne pepper
* 1/4 tsp chili powder
* 1/4 tsp celery seeds
* 1/4 garlic powder
* 1/2 tsp onion powder
*** shake together in a squeeze bottle till smooth and well combine ***

Hot fresh pepper sauce

* 4 vine tomatoes (seeded)
* 1/2 red onion
* 2 habanero chilis
* Salt to taste
* 1 tbsp chopped fresh basil
*** Pulse together for a chunky texture ***
