#pct2020
This is my first time out on this trail. It has some great scenery and you can make it as long or short as you want.
It is a great trail if you are a biker too. There were many bikers out that day.
We went the full length all the way around the mountain. Great work out. Took us about 4 hours. Hope you enjoy
As part of my PCT prep (for my return) I vowed to myself to actually prep! Lol (see the video “Four non gear things I’m changing” )
Fossil Ridge trail is definitely a good one to practice and use to get ready.
🍃🦁I have missed the trail dearly and have been biding my time preparing to return where I left off -due to injury- at about the same time of month/year.
Just like in life and on the trail things unexpected happen. Enter Covid-19. BC (before Covid-19) I was considering hoping on the trail in April/ early May to Northern California then after snow melt flip back down to the Sierra then flipping back up to hike Oregon and Washington. But due to the “Rona” looks like I am aligned to just pick up where I left off at out the same time I left off. Works for me!!🎉💃
We learn to change and adapt- work forward around what is tossed our way and hope we make it through alive!👍🏻😂
🌿I am many women in one-daughter, mother, caregiver, senior, wife/widow. I am a senior citizen. I am filled with passion of nature and becoming one with it- even before my body is reduced to ashes👍🏻I pray my spirit always inspires and lives on.
Thank you for hangin with me. We WILL rise above. ✨🍃
