Rhubarb Dessert
(This is for a 9x9 Pan, half of what I made in the video)
1C Flour
1 tsp Baking POWDER (I said baking soda in the video sorry!)
½ tsp Salt
2 Tbsp Butter
1 egg beaten
3 C chopped raw Rhubarb
1 3oz Pkg Strawberry Jello
1 ½ C Sugar
½ C Flour
¼ C Melted Butter
Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes
