[RECIPE BELOW]
I am currently egg fasting and I wanted to break my fast with something super tasty (so I don't go off eggs very quickly) - this is more than just tasty. It was a food that made my jaw dropped as soon as I took a bite.
Egg fasting or NOT if you're a fan of chaffles MAKE THIS RIGHT NOW!
This is, hand on heart, probably the best chaffle I've ever had.

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 cup (56g) Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
- 2 slices Cheese (of your choice, I had Red Leicester)
- 1 tbsp Butter
METHOD:
1. Preheat your waffle maker (preferably a mini waffle maker) according to the manufacturer's guidelines.
2. Mix the egg, garlic powder and shredded cheese together in a medium/small bowl.
3. Once the waffle maker has heated up, add a small coating of butter or oil (I used Coconut Oil Spray).
4. Add the half of the batter if your waffle maker only makes one waffle.
5. Cook for about 5 minutes or until solid and crispy - check your waffles every minute after 4 minutes.
6.If you have a single serving waffle maker, repeat steps 3-5.
7. Add the butter to a small frying pan, over low heat. Leave to melt.
8. Add one of your two chaffles, layer with cheese slices then top with the other chaffle.
9. Cook for about 2 minutes, flip and cook for another minute.
