We catch clean and cook an Armored Catfish also known as a Plecostomus. While in the canals of Miami we were bowfishing for invasive and decided to keep and cook a Plecostomus. While it is impossible to clean an armored catfish you can however cook them whole. We smoke an entire armored catfish for 6 hours and show you how to catch clean and cook an armored catfish for yourself. This fish is going to blow your mind on how hard their bodies are and how cool they become when you cook it. Does it taste like crab??? Your just gonna have to stay tuned and see.
