"The Sheik of Araby" from the movie "Tin Pan Alley" with Alice Faye, Betty Grable, John Payne, Jack Oakie, Billy Gilbert, and the Nicholas Brothers. It's rare to Alice Faye and Betty Grable kicking their heels in black and white when so much of their musical work at 20th Century Fox was in technicolor. Rarer still is to see them nearly nude with their butt cracks showing. The Nicholas Brothers steal the show with their lightning as usual, with skimpy Amazonian outfits that reveal little body fat. This number was later covered by swing master Dick Jurgens with a fabuoso over-the-top semi-parody which I hope to make available on YouTube in the near future. Enjoy!
