The Health insurance marketplace is open and has been since October, but Jenny Engler the Chief Executive Officer at Family First Health in York, says enrollment within their patient population is just starting to pick up. Family First Health is a federally qualified health center -- which means they can provide services to the uninsured at reduced rates -- depending on a patient's household size and income. They say many of their uninsured patients want to get covered.
